Description
Delicious Christmas squares made with layers of chocolate and nuts.
Ingrédients

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 150g mixed nuts
- 50g dried fruit
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a pan.
- Mix the crushed biscuits and melted chocolate together.
- Add the mixed nuts and dried fruit to the mixture.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Press the mixture into a lined square baking tin.
- Melt the milk chocolate and pour over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use your favorite nuts and dried fruits.
- Can be made a week ahead of time.
