Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter and egg yolk, mix until dough forms.
  4. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  6. Press circles into tart pans.
  7. Fill each tart with fruit preserves.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg, and nuts on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  10. Let tarts cool before serving.
