A festive take on the classic tiramisu, perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingrédients

- 6 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Dark chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until creamy.
- Heat milk in a saucepan and slowly mix into the egg mixture.
- Cook on low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in mascarpone cheese into the cooled mixture.
- Combine coffee and liqueur in a shallow dish.
- Dip ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers, finishing with mascarpone on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings.
