A festive cheesecake designed to look like a Christmas tree.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Green food coloring
- Red and green candies for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Whip the cream and mix in green food coloring.
- Spread the green whipped cream over the cheesecake to resemble a tree.
- Decorate with red and green candies.
Notes
- Use a springform pan for easy removal.
- Chill the cheesecake overnight for best results.
- Adjust the food coloring for desired shade of green.
