Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Cut the pastry into a Christmas tree shape.
- Spread almond paste evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle sugar on top of the almond paste.
- Fold the edges of the pastry to form branches.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to create icing.
- Drizzle icing over the cooled pastry.
