Instructions

  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into a triangle shape to resemble a tree.
  4. Layer cheese, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes on one half of the triangle.
  5. Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Cut small slits in the pastry to create a tree effect.
  7. Brush the top with beaten egg.
