Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into a triangle shape to resemble a tree.
- Layer cheese, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes on one half of the triangle.
- Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Cut small slits in the pastry to create a tree effect.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
