Instructions
- Mix the flour and water in a bowl until combined.
- Add the sourdough starter and salt, and mix well.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 4-6 hours at room temperature.
- Shape the dough into a tree shape on a baking sheet.
- Score the dough to create branches.
- Let the dough rest for another hour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes.

- Let the bread cool before slicing.
