Ingrédients

Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate and place in a bowl.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Use a melon baller to scoop out chocolate and roll into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder.
- Store in the fridge until serving.
