Ingrédients

- Green beans – 1 lb

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Peel and slice the carrots.
- Trim the ends of the green beans.
- In a large bowl, combine all vegetables with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
