Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Grease a muffin tin and layer the dough into each cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon for coating.
- Once baked, roll each cruffin in the sugar-cinnamon mix.
