Description
A delicious sandwich featuring ciabatta bread, grilled chicken, and pesto sauce.
Ingrédients

- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 1 cup cooked chicken, sliced
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill or pan over medium heat.
- Slice ciabatta rolls in half.
- Spread pesto sauce on both halves of the rolls.
- Layer sliced chicken and mozzarella on the bottom half.
- Top with arugula.
- Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich.
- Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- You can use store-bought or homemade pesto.
- Grilled vegetables can be added for extra flavor.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
