Description

Delicious cinnamon buns with a soft, fluffy texture and sweet cinnamon filling.


Ingrédients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast in it.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
  5. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
  6. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  7. Roll out the dough and spread cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
  8. Roll the dough into a log and cut into pieces.
  9. Place in a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
