Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter.
- Add baking soda and salt to the mixture.
- Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, oats, and walnuts.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
