- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush melted butter over the dough.
- Mix cinnamon and sugars, then sprinkle over the dough.
- Use your fingers to create dimples in the dough.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
