A delicious blend of cheesecake and cinnamon rolls.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cinnamon roll dough
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
- In another bowl, mix cinnamon roll dough with melted butter and cinnamon.
- Layer half the cheesecake batter in a greased springform pan.
- Add a layer of cinnamon roll mixture, then top with remaining cheesecake batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Chill the cheesecake for a few hours before serving.
- Top with extra cinnamon roll pieces for garnish.
