- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Blend wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
- In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter, sprinkle cinnamon mixture, then top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar with vanilla and a little milk for glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm muffins before serving.
Notes
