  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Cooking spray or oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, vanilla, and honey.
  3. Combine both mixtures until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to spread it evenly.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
