Ingrédients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Cooking spray or oil for the pan
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, vanilla, and honey.
- Combine both mixtures until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to spread it evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness as desired.
- Can substitute almond flour with oat flour.
- Store leftover crepes in the refrigerator.
