Delicious cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, butter, egg, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread butter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and water for glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls.
Notes
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the oven for a few minutes before serving.
