Ingrédients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Heat milk until warm and dissolve yeast in it.
  2. Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the yeast mixture to the bowl.
  4. Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  6. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  7. Roll out the dough and spread butter, sugar, and cinnamon on top.
  8. Roll the dough into a log and cut into slices.
  9. Place slices in a baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Prepare glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use brown sugar.
  • Let the rolls cool slightly before adding glaze.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
