Description
Homemade cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat milk until warm and dissolve yeast in it.
- Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the yeast mixture to the bowl.
- Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread butter, sugar, and cinnamon on top.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Prepare glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before adding glaze.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
