Description

- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture.
- Fill each slice with a small amount of cinnamon sugar.
- Roll up each slice tightly.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook roll ups until golden brown, turning as needed.
- Coat with remaining cinnamon sugar.

- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Can add fruit or chocolate inside the rolls.
