Ingrédients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.
  3. Add eggs to the mixture and stir well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Fill muffin cups with batter.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon for topping and sprinkle on the muffins.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
