  • Onion: 1 medium onion, chopped.
  • Garlic: 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
  • Chicken Broth: 8 cups (about 2 liters) of chicken broth.
  • Dried Thyme: 1 teaspoon of dried thyme.
  • Bay Leaves: 2 bay leaves.
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste.
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons.

Instructions

  1. Prepare all your ingredients by chopping the onion, carrots, and celery, and mincing the garlic.
