- 2 cans of corn, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 box corn muffin mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine corn, cream cheese, melted butter, sugar, and sour cream.
- Mix in the shredded cheese and corn muffin mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Can be made a day ahead and reheated.
- Add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
