Description
A classic English dessert made with whipped cream, meringue, and fresh fruits.

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 4 meringue nests, crushed
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the crushed meringue nests.
- Add in the mixed berries and gently combine.
- Serve immediately in bowls or glasses.
Notes
- Use fresh berries for the best flavor.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one day.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
