Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in red wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Add canned tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer on low heat for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
