Description
A traditional Thanksgiving menu featuring classic dishes.
Ingrédients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Stuffing – 1 box or homemade (about 12 cups)
- Mashed Potatoes – 5 lbs
- Gravy – 4 cups
- Cranberry Sauce – 1 can or homemade (about 2 cups)
- Green Bean Casserole – 2 cans of green beans, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of fried onions
- Pumpkin Pie – 1 pie
- Whipped Cream – 1 cup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it inside and out.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing.
- Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the turkey cooks, peel and boil the potatoes until tender.
- Mash the potatoes and add butter and milk for creaminess.
- Prepare the green bean casserole by mixing green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and fried onions.
- Bake the casserole at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
- Make the cranberry sauce or open the can and set aside.
- Once the turkey is done, let it rest before carving.
- Serve the dishes and enjoy your meal.

- Make sure to thaw the turkey in advance if frozen.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
