- 1 cob loaf
- 200g cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the inside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, grated cheese, bacon bits, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the hollowed cob loaf with the mixture.
- Place the filled cob loaf on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with the removed bread pieces for dipping.
Notes
- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Can substitute bacon with vegetables for a vegetarian option.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
