Description
A classic Cobb salad with fresh ingredients.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping and cooking as needed.
- In a large bowl, layer the mixed greens.
- Add the diced chicken on top of the greens.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the chicken.
- Add chopped eggs, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
- Top with blue cheese.
- Drizzle with red wine vinaigrette before serving.
