  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  5. In another bowl, combine coconut cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  6. Spread the coconut cream mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
