- 2 eggs

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded coconut.
- Spread the coconut mixture on two slices of bread.
- Top with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Cook in the skillet until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with syrup.
