Description

- 1 bunch collard greens, washed and chopped

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add collard greens and stir well.
- Pour in vegetable broth and add salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar before serving.
