Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook wild rice according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas.
- Stir-fry until veggies are tender.
- Pour in teriyaki sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve stir fry over wild rice.
