Description
Compound butter adds flavor and moisture to turkey for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine softened butter with herbs and garlic.
- Add salt and pepper, mixing until well combined.
- Place the mixture on parchment paper and roll into a log.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Slice and use to baste turkey before roasting.

- Can be made up to 3 days in advance.
- Use any combination of herbs you prefer.
