Delicious cookies inspired by Crumbl’s salted caramel cheesecake cookies.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the cream cheese and caramel sauce until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies taste best fresh out of the oven.
- Adjust the amount of sea salt to your taste.
