This is a copycat recipe for Longhorn’s Parmesan Crusted Chicken.
Ingrédients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg, and then coat with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
- You can add more spices to the breading for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or salad.
