Description
Delicious copycat version of Magnolia Bakery’s famous cupcakes.
Ingrédients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup frosting of choice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and buttermilk, mixing until smooth.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing.
- Try different frosting flavors for variety.
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
