Description
A creamy and rich copycat version of Olive Garden’s Alfredo sauce.
Ingrédients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over your favorite pasta.

- This sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat gently on low heat.
- Add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
