Description

A homemade version of Taco Bell’s nacho fries, crispy and flavorful.


Ingrédients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into thin fries.
  3. In a bowl, toss the fries with vegetable oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Serve with nacho cheese sauce and jalapeños on top if desired.
