Description
A homemade version of Taco Bell’s nacho fries, crispy and flavorful.
Ingrédients

- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into thin fries.
- In a bowl, toss the fries with vegetable oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve with nacho cheese sauce and jalapeños on top if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh potatoes for best results.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Try adding guacamole or sour cream for extra flavor.
