Description
A traditional Puerto Rican coconut drink with rum.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and rum.
- Add vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve in chilled glasses and sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.
Notes
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Adjust rum quantity based on preference.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
