Description

A traditional Puerto Rican coconut drink with rum.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and rum.
  2. Add vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve in chilled glasses and sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.
