Description
Coquito is a traditional Puerto Rican coconut-based alcoholic beverage, similar to eggnog.
Ingrédients

- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, cream of coconut, and sweetened condensed milk in a blender.
- Add white rum, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Blend until smooth and well mixed.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve cold in small glasses, garnished with additional cinnamon if desired.
Notes
- Coquito can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
- Adjust the amount of rum to taste.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum.
