- 4 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine corn, heavy cream, milk, and sugar.
- Add salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Dot the top with butter and sprinkle remaining Parmesan over it.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen corn.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
