Ingrédients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup blueberries (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, milk, and eggs.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- If using, fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into muffin tins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These muffins freeze well.
- Feel free to add nuts or other fruits.
