- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, honey, and eggs until smooth.
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
