Description
A rich and creamy seafood bisque made with crab and shrimp.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
- Stir in flour and paprika, cook for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add seafood stock, stirring constantly.
- Bring to a simmer, then add crab and shrimp.
- Cook for 10 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Can be garnished with fresh herbs.
