Crispy crab cake egg rolls filled with savory crab meat and served with a tangy dipping sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and egg.
  2. Mix well until combined.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
  4. Place 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  5. Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold the sides and roll tightly.
  6. Seal the edges with a little water.
  7. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  8. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  9. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  10. Serve warm with a dipping sauce.

  • Use lump crab meat for best flavor.
