Description
Crispy crab cake egg rolls filled with savory crab meat and served with a tangy dipping sauce.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 egg
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and egg.
- Mix well until combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold the sides and roll tightly.
- Seal the edges with a little water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with a dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use lump crab meat for best flavor.
- Do not overfill the egg rolls.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
