Description
Crispy wontons filled with crab and cream cheese.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz crab meat, shredded
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 20 wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
- Store leftover filling in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
