Description

Crispy wontons filled with crab and cream cheese.


Ingrédients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz crab meat, shredded
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  • Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
  • Store leftover filling in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
