Instructions

- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before frosting.
- In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and orange zest until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled bars.
- Cut into squares and serve.
