Description
A tangy and sweet cranberry chutney perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, onion, vinegar, and spices.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cranberries burst.
- Add raisins and walnuts, stir well, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- This chutney can be served warm or cold.
- Adjust sugar based on your taste preference.
