- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell peppers, and walnuts.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Remove from wrap and serve with crackers or veggies.
