Description

Cream cheese chicken enchiladas are a delicious blend of chicken and cheese wrapped in tortillas and baked.


Ingrédients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour remaining salsa over the top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
